What are your business hours?
We are available 24 x 7 online. For your best convenience and friendly chat, we are available for calls between 9am – 6pm, 7 days.
How many weeks do I get the staging furniture for?
9 weeks is the standard duration included in our staging packages. However, you will be able to extend it for a nominal fee.
How can I extend the duration?
Easy. Just give us a call and we will look after you
Can I get a refund if the property is sold within the standard duration?
All the staging packages come with the fixed 7 weeks duration. There’s no refund when the property gets sold within 7 weeks.
What's the payment method?
We accept Credit Card payments and Bank transfers. 50% payment when booking and 50% at the completion of home staging.
Can I see your portfolio?
What is your lead time for installation?
We request a minimum of 5 days’ notice, however, we can turn around installations within 24 to 48 hours depending on stock availability.
What do I need to do to get my property ready for installation?
Please ask us for our ‘Staging Ready’ checklist to ensure a smooth process.
At a minimum, you will need to ensure:
- The property is clean
- Keys are accessible
- Electricity is connected
- Your agent’s contact details are provided
What is your minimum hire period?
Our staging packages include a standard hire period of up to 7 weeks.
Can kids or pets live in a styled home?
Yes, they can!
However, we must be informed who will occupy the property during the campaign.
This allows us to implement appropriate measures to protect our furniture and decor.
A refundable security deposit will be required.
How much do you charge?
We offer a variety of styling packages at different price points to suit your needs.
