How We Work

Initial Engagement

We take the time to understand you and your goals during our free consultation. We are available across email, whatsapp, video call or text to allow you to contact us with your requirements 24/7. We are also willing to meet you onsite by appointment. Always remember that we are here to make the process easier for you.

Acceptance of Quote

We put together a detailed fixed price quote outlining every item that we would have displayed in your property. We place high importance on ensuring all pricing is clear and transparent. All our prices are bespoke based on the individual job at hand but you can get a general idea of rates by looking at our styling packages.


We require a 50% deposit of the total amount at this stage and the letter of acceptance signed by you. This then helps us to set aside furniture and start the planning process.

Planning

We know that failing to plan is planning to fail. Therefore we make sure that you and we have a set time booked to coordinate the styling of your property. If you have a real estate agency managing your property, we are happy to coordinate it with them to pick up keys.

Execution

This is the day where the magic happens!

It is the day in which your property will stand out amongst the rest in Melbourne. Our team will arrive on the day to stage your property and will aim to complete our work within 2 to 3 hours.


The remaining 50% of our fee needs to be paid on this day. We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible. Please get in touch with us should you require any form of payment plan options.

  • What are your business hours?

    We are available 24 x 7 online. For your best convenience and friendly chat, we are available for calls between 9am - 6pm, 7 days. 

  • How many weeks do I get the furniture for?

    7 weeks is the standard duration included in the package. However, you will be able to extend it for a nominal fee.

  • How can I extend the duration?

    Easy. Just give us a call and we will look after you

  • Can I get a refund if the property is sold within the standard duration?

    All the packages come with the fixed 7 weeks duration. There's no refund when the property gets sold within 7 weeks

  • Is there any impact due to COVID19?

    We understand the current situation and follow the directives of  Federal & State authorities. Currently There's no impact to our operations. We still continue business as usual

  • What's the payment method?

    We accept Credit Card payments and Bank transfers. 50% payment when booking and 50% at the completion of home styling.
